These last few years have been particularly challenging for everyone - there is heightened anxiety, uncertainty, chaos and loss of balance.  I have observed over the years that there has been a significant shift in the collective consciousness - people trying to make sense of the world, to find that 'home' or 'higher self', wanting peace and to connect with a much deeper part of themselves, that they can feel is there, but can't necessarily access. There is a sense of higher vibrational transformation and people are being confronted with a deep call to action from their soul - to heal, to connect, to restore to authenticity, to reset to a more balanced and fulfilling direction. 

 

 I'm an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor, meditation and yoga teacher and practitioner, with over 30 years training in holistic transformation.
